Simple Policy
If a sensor breaks, simply send it to us and we'll fix it; the way a warranty should be.
Simple Process
If you need to submit a warranty repair, simply use the same submission form you've used before (preferably using the same email address.) We track sensor repair warranties by serial numbers.
